Dixon Environmental applied a broad range of experience with chemical industry and Title V permit requirements to eliminate inappropriate or no-longer applicable conditions, and incorporate options for operating flexibility during the Title V renewal. The deliverable for this project was an optimized Title V permit renewal application and a clear action plan of compliance priorities in order to minimize risks associated with non-compliance.
