Dixon Environmental has regularly assisted this client with a variety of air and water compliance issues.  Dixon Environmental assisted with the renewal application for wastewater discharge to a POTW.  The application was received by the POTW and put before a public review without comment.   In addition, Dixon Environmental prepared water allocation permit renewals and advised on the facility storm water permit application.  Dixon Environmental then administered the stormwater compliance program which consisted of monthly sampling, periodic reporting, updates to the Storm Water Plan as needed, and an annual stormwater audit.  Dixon Environmental also provided assistance with other compliance efforts including the preparation a Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for this facility.
