In 2003, Dixon Environmental worked with SOCMA’s Water Committee to update an industry guidance document for wastewater compliance.  This team produced the original document in 1995.  Updates of existing standards included regulations such as the HON and Benzene NESHAPs, the incorporation new and proposed MACT, Effluent Guidelines, and NSPS regulations.  Specific chapters consisted of Pharmaceuticals MACT, PAI MACT, MON, HON, SOCMI Subpart YYY, and many others.  Information on applicability with decision diagrams and general technical requirements are included in the SOCMA Multimedia Guide.
