Essential EHS™ 5.0 Integration with Emission Master® 7.0 for Batch Facilities

Specialty Chemical Manufacturer

Dixon Environmental assisted a specialty chemical manufacturer with a corporate wide EMIS upgrade affecting three (3) facilities. The client wanted to upgrade their current PlantWare™ 1.6 system in order to use enhanced features in EHS™ 5.0 and integrate the batch emissions calculator capabilities of Emission Master® 7.0. Dixon Environmental assisted the client with the selection and purchase of ESS’s EHS™ 5.0 and Mitchell Scientific’s Emission Master® 7.0 and provided technical assistance and support to the client throughout purchasing and licensing negotiations, as well as advising on cost/benefits of optional features.

Dixon Environmental provided technical support during the upgrade to EHS™ 5.0 and the installation and integration of Emission Master® 7.0. Following completion of the installation, Dixon Environmental will provide peer review and documentation of converted continuous emissions calculations in EHS™ 5.0 and the Emission Master® 7.0 models converted from PlantWare™ 1.6 for batch processes. Following upgrade implementation Dixon Environmental will provide user training on the system and it’s environmental compliance applications.
